Giving this a 4/5. :) Ordered this for two gravel bikes and we're really happy overall. It's transformed our entryway from cluttered to stylish! Materials feel solid, arrived quickly, and installation instructions were clear (though the video seemed a bit outdated vs. what's actually in the box).

We were hanging heavier gravel bikes and got nervous relying on drywall anchors alone, so we mounted into the studs instead, worked great, just needed a stud finder and some math. Instructions for stud-mounting would probably give buyers peace of mind for heavier bikes. Also, one screw snapped off in the wall - we later noticed pointier pin-head screws in the kit that we should've used instead; worth flagging those more clearly.

A bit pricey with shipping, but still one of the better CA-made options out there compared to competitors.

My one nitpick is I'd like the dowels to fit more snugly into the wall brackets (they still function fine without it), but that is something easily remedied

Je recherchais depuis un bon moment un support à vélo mural. J’aime beaucoup ce modèle pour sa simplicité. La livraison a été rapide et lorsque j’ai reçu et installer l’article, ma roue avant tournait toujours alors j’ai écris au vendeur, il m’a répondu très rapidement (un samedi) pour me dire quoi faire afin de régler le problème. Malheureusement ça n’a pas fonctionné, la roue de mon vélo tournait toujours, mais il semblerait que cela arrive souvent avec les velos de la marque Trek. Bref j’ai ete acheter du velcro pour attacher la roue au cadre et maintenant la roue ne tourne plus! :)

Everything matched the website as well as other reviews here. Easy installation. The 3d printed manual drill did break at the tip with the first hole. Luckily I had my own drill and bits. That would be my only caution is to have a backup. My road bike is holding up and it looks great at a decent cost.
