Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States only.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Processing time

All Roadmode products are made, packed, and shipped by us.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48h after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

Customs, duties & taxes (U.S. orders)

These fees are paid by Roadmode.

Delays & lost packages

Once a package is handed off to Canada Post, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue with Canada Post.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Customers will have to re-pay for shipping.
